RCSD is proud to offer the Art is Everywhere program to our elementary students.   Volunteers and teachers use the Art is Everywhere program to teach students about artists, art elements, principles, and practical art skills. Below is an example from one of our first-grade classes. 

 Art Docent Spotlight-Mrs. Dyer's Class

Roseville City School District's Gifted and Talented Education (GATE) identification testing for the 2022-2023 school year will be taking place in January 2023.  

If you are interested in having your student(s) take the OLSAT test for Gifted and Talented Education (GATE) identification, please complete the links below and submit the application no later than Friday, October 28, 2022 by 4:00pm. 

Sign-ups will not be accepted after this date and time.

Trunk or Treat is October 28th from 5-7pm on the Spanger Blacktop.

We are looking for more trunks for the event. The Best Overall Trunk

and Most Creative Trunk will win a gift card and a trophy. Best Overall

will also get their name on a plaque that will hang in the Spanger

Office, showcasing our winners each year.

We need candy! Your student will receive a raffle ticket for every bag

of candy that they donate. Raffle ticket winners will win a gift card.

(There will be multiple winners!) Your child will also get to feed
