Spanger Spotlight Volume 7

 Quote of the Week:

"Believe you can and you're halfway there."

-Theodore Roosevelt

Principal's Message:

Happy Friday!

Here are some of the fun things we have planned for the month of October...

Book Fair  What do I want to read? The book fair will have 100s of the most popular books from today and classic books that readers have been enjoying for centuries. The book fair is an excellent opportunity to build students' home libraries, further their reading and comprehension skills, and build knowledge and vocabulary critical for understanding new subject matter.

Red Ribbon Week Be on the lookout for all the fun things we will do this entire week

Trunk or Treat Cars with trunks filled with candy, food, music, and so much more!

Movie Night at school  What better way to bring all of our school's families together than a movie! Movie and date to be announced soon!

Dinner Out Fundraiser-Jack's Urban Eats on October 11th at 1005 Galleria Blvd (in the fountains) 4- 8 pm. Thank you to those who supported us at our last dinner out where we earned $232.76 for our school!

Keep reading the blog for more information!

Our upcoming book fair would not be possible without the support of our Spanger families. Please review the available slots and sign up to volunteer! Our fall book fair runs from 10/20/22-10/28/22.
We will also be having a boof fair for Family Night during our school's Trunk or Treat event from 5:00-7:00 on October 28th.
Thank you so much for your time and dedication to our students!
